Our first EVER 6 week downloadable program is focused on gaining strength and muscle through progressive overload training, as well as aiding in aerobic capacity training.

 

This 6 week cycle is the exact same one we ran for our very first Beefy Babes Challenge and so many women had amazing transformations. I know you can expect the same results if you adhere to the full 6 weeks!

 

The 6 weeks is broken down into 5 days/week of training, 3 of which are strength focused and 2 are conditioning.  You'll need access to a variety of dumbbells or barbell + weights, a variety of bands, a jump rope, and cable and cardio equipment is optional.  There are substitutes given in case you do not have access to something.  Included as well is a weekly planner/overview to write notes and journal!  Something to keep you accountable and looking to the week ahead.
