For the last 8 years as a certified personal trainer, I've worked with hundreds of women, and men to recognize that their health is more than losing weight. I optimize my client's performance by coaching proper movement mechanics so they move efficiently, laying a foundation of strength so they are resilient, and incorporating conditioning so they're ready for anything. I program long term solutions rather than quick fixes because small consistent changes create sustainable results.
